The statistics papers and other reports were originally presented in much briefer form at the Sacramento Statistical Society's Annual Institute since 1995. The Excel material has been expanded and is current. It has been a cooperative effort over the years.
The Excel material is current to December 2008. It does not however fully cover Excel 2007. The Excel section was the basis for the paper in Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Volume 52, Issue 10 (June 2008), page 4570). "On the accuracy of statistical proceedures in Microsoft Excel 2007", by B.D, McCullough and David A. Heiser.
The material on vacuum tube circuit design has been extensively rewritten. New material has been added, and new test results on tubes has been added. It has not yet been posted.
